The Facq kick‑off event at OFF in Waver immediately set the tone for the new year. After an inspiring plenary session, the teams split up into several breakout workshops that gave them a sharp and honest view of where they stand today — and where they want to go together. Between the more content‑driven sessions, two surprising out‑of‑the‑box workshops added an unexpected twist: a body‑percussion moment that literally brought everyone into the same rhythm, and a speed‑date exercise that connected colleagues in a fresh, playful way. The mix of togetherness, new insights, high energy and — of course — great food and drinks created a kick‑off that not only motivated, but also gave the team spirit a powerful boost. Facq starts the year with enthusiasm, focus and a clear shared drive.
